*Glencorse Kirk is a private property and access must be arranged in advance by the team at Alba Experiences. If the site is unavailable on the day of your tour, an alternative location of equal interest will be included in its place.

Tour details:

Departs from your accommodation in Glasgow, Stirling or Edinburgh at 8.30am.
Return at 6pm approximately.
Important information – Bring waterproof clothing and walking shoes.
Transportation & air conditioning as standard

Estimated cash needed for lunch and visitor attractions would be £100 pp.

Day 1 ,2 & 3 you can stay in your accommodation of choice in Glasgow , Edinburgh or Stirling.

Please let us know your accommodation details so that we can arrange to pick you up and drop you off. Please be aware that if you cancel you may be liable to hotel cancelation costs so please ask the hotel staff about their cancelation process before booking your accommodation.

Explore historic villages and iconic filming locations on your first day. Visit the charming Culross, the grand Linlithgow Palace, the dramatic Blackness Castle, and the ancestral Midhope Castle. End the day at the elegant Hopetoun House, where history and scenery come together.

Begin at Doune Castle, one of Outlander’s most famous filming locations, then explore the tranquil Drummond Gardens. Visit Tibbermore Church, stroll through the historic town of Falkland, and discover Aberdour Castle before finishing at picturesque Dysart Harbour.

Start the day in Glencorse Kirk (private access arranged by Alba Experiences; if unavailable, an alternative will be provided). Continue through the mystical Rosslyn Glen, visit the charming Preston Mill, and conclude at Craigmillar Castle, a fortress steeped in history and atmosphere.
